Join the Fairview Food team this harvest in Narembeen and Kondinnin, WA!
We’re looking for a reliable MC Truck Driver for a 6–8 week harvest period, with ongoing work available for the right person if that is of interest.

We have locked in a great young team for harvest 2025 and we are all excited to get stuck into another big season. Harvest is our favourite time of year – we enjoy the work, the teamwork, and the fun that comes with it. After an awesome 2024 crew, we are looking forward to another great season ahead and hope to add a fun and professional MC truck driver to our team.

At Fairview Food we are a strong, talented and flexible team who work together to manage 8000 hectares of crop and livestock production.
We seek our next Operations Manager who will work with both the cropping and livestock areas of our business. This person will need to be passionate about sustainable agriculture, have keen attention to detail and work with the team to successfully deliver our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in crop seeding, harvesting, spreading, soil amelioration and spraying activities
- Livestock handling and care, including feeding and animal health checks
- Performing routine maintenance on farming equipment and assets
- Keeping the farmyard, sheds, machinery and workspaces clean and organised
- Adhering to farm safety and operational procedures

Key Skills:
- Experience in cropping and livestock production ​(minimum 2 years)
- A passion for sustainable grain and livestock production
- Experience in fencing and maintenance
- Willingness to engage with farm management technology
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently
- A keen interest in learning new skills and self development
- A current drivers license (MC License is a bonus, or will be part of the training offered)

2024 is turning out to be our largest seeding operation to date, this means we will require a bigger team for the 2024 harvest .

We seek two experienced Header and/or a Header and a MC Truck Driver for our 2024 Harvest.
